Gioulchen Tairova holds a graduate degree from Baku State University and Ph.D. from the Institute of Chemical Physics in Moscow, Russia.
She has extensive experience as a research scientist at the Institute of Chemical Physics and at Queen’s University in Kingston and as a project manager at Cameco Corporation in Canada. Dr. Tairova has developed a number of novel catalysts of polymerization, new conducting thin films (three innovation awards) and novel water treatment and uranium processing technologies. She received two Cameco Corporation innovation awards. She is currently a founder and CEO of EnviraMet, Inc.
Junian Ioffe is a Mechanical Engineer at EnviraMet and holds a MBA in Marketing and Business Development from Queen's Smith School of Business. He currently runs a lab for EnviraMet's proprietary research at Innovation Park, Kingston, and works with clients to gauge challenges and needs in the industry.
Vusal Najafov holds a BBA in Finance, summa cum laude in honor studies, from Texas Tech University and MBA with honors in Finance, Statistics, and Strategic Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Vusal has been working as an investment professional for over twelve years at firms including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan's Highbridge Capital, and Millennium Capital.
